Working session • Zero pitch • Straight answers

Bring the work you want to show better. We'll bring sharp questions.

Thirty minutes on a call. No deck, no sales script, no guessing whether you count as a 'qualified lead'. Just a working session on your actual situation, with the kind of candour that's hard to come by.

Why we don't do "discovery calls"

You know the format. Someone asks about your company size, your budget range and your timeline. You answer the same five questions you've answered on every other call. They promise to send a proposal. You wait. Nothing really changes. This isn't that call.

A working session is different. We come in prepared. We've looked at your current site, at how you present your work, and at the gaps that stand out. You come in with the real question, the one you're actually turning over. In thirty minutes we build more useful thinking than most studios produce in weeks. Whether we end up working together is almost beside the point: you leave with a clearer view of your own situation either way.

What we bring

A careful look at how you currently show up online, a sense of what's holding your presence back, and a few questions we genuinely want answered.

What you bring

The honest version of the question. Not the polished one. The one where you're not quite sure what the right move is. That's the conversation worth having.

What you leave with

A clearer sense of what to tackle first, a realistic idea of what it involves, and a straight answer on whether we're the right studio, or who might be.

Who should book this call

We take every call seriously, which means being upfront about who we can genuinely help. Here's how to tell if this is a good use of your time.

Book the call if

  • • You're a maker, an independent professional or a creator whose work outshines its current website
  • • You care about how your craft is presented, not just about ticking the box of having a site
  • • You're part of the decision, so we can actually move things forward together
  • • You'd rather have candid input than validation

Maybe skip it if

  • • You're comparing several studios to find the cheapest bid
  • • You need a template lightly customised by the end of the week
  • • The brief is "make it look like [someone else]"
  • • The decision runs through a committee you can't bring into the room

The questions people ask before booking

Direct answers. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call or drop us a line.

What does a project cost?
It depends on what your project actually needs, and we'd rather tell you honestly than quote a number that means nothing out of context. Every engagement is scoped to the work in front of us. On the call, once we understand your situation, we'll give you a realistic range before you commit to anything.
Do you work across timezones?
Yes. We're based in Paris and work with clients across Europe, the UK and further afield. The workflow is largely async, with regular syncs scheduled in your timezone. Most clients find it smoother than working with a studio down the road.
How fast can you start?
We keep a small number of project slots open at any time, on purpose. If one is free and scoping goes smoothly, we can begin within a week or two of the first call. If we're fully booked, we'll say so upfront and tell you honestly whether it's worth the wait.
Who owns the code and the site?
You do. Your hosting, your domain, your code, all in your name. We work inside your own infrastructure. If you ever want to bring the work in-house or move on, everything transfers cleanly. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary frameworks, no "call us first" clauses.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the call if you need it. Send your standard template and we'll turn it around within 24 hours. We also keep sensitive work on isolated infrastructure and can accommodate stricter requirements if your field calls for it.
What if we're not ready to commit?
Then don't. Truly. We'd rather you book the call, get something useful from it, and come back in six months when the timing is right than feel pushed into a project that isn't ready. No follow-up sequences, no drip campaigns, no "just checking in" emails.

Not ready for a call? Write to us instead.

Sometimes it's easier to think a question through in writing. Tell us what's on your mind, the more specific the better. We reply within 24 hours with actual substance, not an auto-responder.
