Artdantech is a French company and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and to French data protection law.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the nature and volume of our processing activities do not require one. Requests relating to personal data are handled directly at the address above.

• First and last name

• Aggregated traffic statistics, with no persistent identifier

No data is collected without your knowledge by any advertising or tracking mechanism, and no browsing profile is built.

• Responding to enquiries
• Arranging requested appointments
• Delivering contracted services
• Measuring website traffic and improving its content

Your data is used for no other purpose. It is never used for targeted advertising, never sold, and never cross-referenced with data from other websites.

• Legal obligation : accounting and tax retention

No processing on this website relies on your consent, because no consent-requiring mechanism is used. You nonetheless retain a right to object, set out in section 10.

5. Cookies

This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no social media cookies.

That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived. Consent requirements apply to storing information on, or gaining access to information already stored in, your terminal equipment. We do neither.

The only items that may be stored in your browser are those strictly necessary for the website to function.

6. Audience Measurement

We measure website traffic using the analytics solution built into our hosting provider, Vercel Web Analytics.

• No cookies are set
• No advertising identifier, no visitor profile
• No tracking across other websites
• The script is served from our own domain, with no request to a third party
• Statistics are aggregated and used for our own purposes only

This solution is provided by the host of the website, which necessarily receives every request made to our pages. It therefore introduces no additional recipient into the processing.

7. International Transfers

Three of our providers are established in the United States : Vercel, which hosts the website, Resend, which delivers messages sent through the contact form, and Substack, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. They are named in section 8.

These transfers are governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation, either an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the commitments given by each provider. The relevant documentation is available on request.

Our professional mailbox is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and online booking runs on a European instance with data hosted in the European Union.

8. Recipients

Your data is shared with Artdantech and with the providers strictly necessary to operate the website. This list names them individually and is kept up to date.

• Vercel Inc. (United States) : website hosting, content delivery and aggregated traffic measurement.
• Resend, Inc.(United States) : technical delivery of messages sent through the contact form. The content of your message passes through this service before reaching us. Delivery runs from the provider's European region in Ireland, while account data remains in the United States. Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited for customers established in the European Union : hosting of our professional mailbox. Messages you send us are stored there. Privacy Policy
• Cal.eu, the European instance of Cal.com : appointment scheduling. No calendar is embedded in our pages. You are redirected to that service, and the information you enter there, name, email address and message, then reaches us. Data is hosted in the European Union. Privacy Policy
• Substack Inc. (United States) : if you subscribe to our newsletter, you are redirected to our Substack page. The subscription is collected there and your address joins our mailing list, which we use to write to you. Privacy Policy

Where any of these providers engages a sub-processor of its own, we remain accountable to you. Any change to this list is reflected on this page.

No data is ever sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Retention

• Contact data : 3 years from the last interaction
• Appointment data : 3 years from the last interaction
• Traffic statistics : aggregated, retained for the period provided by our hosting plan
• Contract data : 10 years, statutory accounting obligation

10. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to :

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France or the ICO in the United Kingdom

No automated decision producing legal effects concerning you is made on the basis of the data collected.

12. Security

Artdantech implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection, and typefaces as well as every other resource are hosted on our own domain, with no call to an outside service during your visit.

13. Updates

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes to the website.
