8. Recipients

Your data is shared only with Artdantech and its technical service providers strictly necessary to operate the website.

  • OVHcloud — website hosting (Roubaix, France)
  • Google LLC — audience analytics via Google Analytics 4, activated only upon consent. Transfer governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.
  • Cal.com Inc. — online appointment scheduling. Data submitted during booking (name, email, message) is processed by Cal.com under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Cal.com Privacy Policy
  • Substack Inc. — if you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be redirected to our Substack page. The collection and processing of your data is then handled directly by Substack, independently of Artdantech. Substack Privacy Policy

No data is ever sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Retention

  • Contact data: 3 years from last interaction
  • Analytics data: 14 months
  • Contract data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
